Refunds
All sales of font software are final. Sorry, but fonts are non-returnable and non-refundable. We can neither refund money nor swap incorrect font licence purchases.
If a font is defective and you notify us within 30 days, we will provide a replacement. It shall be replaced by the same software.
However, we offer test fonts so you know what’ll get before buying.

Laucke Siebein is a graphic design studio which creates and distributes a.o. fonts. Clients can purchase font files directly on the Website by creating a client account. By buying, ordering, storing, opening, providing access to or using Fonts you agree to the EULA.
Should clients want a tailored made service, they can contact directly type@studio-laucke-siebein.com.

Terms & conditions of use
1a. Your navigation or use of the Website implies that you have read these terms and conditions of use, and that you fully agree with them. In case of non-approval of these terms and conditions of use, user must be renounced at the Website full access.

2a. Website collect personal data only if they voluntarily provide. Such data will only be used in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at this website

Ordering process
3a. The User makes choice via the Website and choice is displayed in the shopping basket. Then, the User shall selects number of workstations and confirm the order. Once you have sent your order you will immediately receive a confirmation via e-mail.
3b. The purchase price (VAT excluded) is indicated on the Website.

Font files & Updates
4a. The purchased files can be available via the User’s account as long as the Website is online and the User has a valid account.
4b. The purchased files are automatically replaced by newer files when updating.
4c. If the User decides to download and install the files again, please take note the files might be have slight differences.
